The famous Blitzkrieg was led by the bombs dropped by the Stukas. In spite of being heavy and slow, Stukas devastated the enemy lines with their pinpoint accuracy. Mi-24 Hind first appeared a the Afghanistan campaign. Massive firepower combined with enforced armor protection, the Hind has been the tank of the skies. This HD painting provides a visual to depict her convoy escort role. On rough Afghan terrain, Mi-24 provided a relieable fire support for the Soviet convoys on the ground. This version of Mi-24 is the earliest design which features a rether flat cockpit. The later versions however featured a bubble canopy design improving crew protection.

Mig-25 Foxbat Art

Mig-25 has been the holder of man speed records. One of the most feared aircraft of the Cold War, Mig-25 has been used in the high altitude interceptor role. Here it is seen as performing one of these roles by shooting an air-to-air missile. While the target can not be seen in the painting, we can easily assume that it is a NATO Bomber.

Welcome

Welcome dear aviation art lovers...

Aviation enthusiasts have the temptation to stare and review pictures about the aircraft, air wars and so on. However, the real-life photos can not demonstrate what an actual aerial confrontation was like. Illustrated art, at this point saves the day. They can depict every possible detail of an air war, or aircraft that no longer flies. The imagination of the artist is the key to the joy you might take from this form of art just like the paintings done by famous painters.

Thereby, I am going to post aviation art material that I personally admire. They will be in High definition so that you can enjoy every bit of detail.

By the way, I don't consider computer generated stuff as art, so I won't be including them in my blog. The art comes from the brush....

Salute...
